“Staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.”

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

When I attempted to check in at the agreed 2 hrs early, I was told that there are zero rooms ready and I cannot check in two hours earlier. It was a disappointment. “Disgusting room , building looks nothing like the pictures , they don’t upkeep the property , paid for a smoking room to only be able to smoke cigarettes in a legal cannabis state at that ! The toilet didn’t flush the entire stay and kept running , the telephone was broken entirely and didn’t work. Stains on the towels and the walls. No wash to wash with luckily I always have my own.”

“If I was able to sleep 2 hours it was a lot several times people yelling and fist fighting threw out the entire night was just unbearable. Finally after sunup it was quiet I asked the rest if I could stay a bit later and they wanted to charge me a fee of 20$ per hour. I went to get ice and there was several police cars spread out threw the property another guest had his car window broken and there was a lot of blood threw out the parking lot. Other things you would not want children to see also”

“Prezzi carissimi, struttura in stile retrò ma più che retrò è proprio scaduta, marcia, andata! Piscina putrida (prob non la puliscono dagli anni ‘60). Bagno della stanza piccolissimo. Pulizia della stanza non fatta, abbiam dovuto chiamare in reception per richiederla. Phon in stanza non presente. Meta da evitare. ”

“House cleaning is terrible , sheets were dirty but they will give you new sheets to change the bed . Our room wasn’t mopped . Toilet wasn’t cleaned but the main area was clean .”

“This is overall a good hotel. I know this review isn't going to sound that way but I rely on Expedia reviews and want others to know what to expect. It is very bare bones. There are basically no amenities. No laundry. The wi-fi is basically non functional. No ironing board (though there was an iron). No microwave.
